The guide distinguishes official sources, confirmed implementation evidence, working conventions, and pending items. Explicit briefs and official Copa Airlines sources have higher authority. External product-system visual patterns and components are not part of the Copa system.

The guide includes confirmed production typography for the desktop main title and H2 and identifies the official Gilroy Bold 700 file; read those rules before creating or auditing headings.

For work that handles non-public information or requires a security or compliance review, load the separate security baseline. It covers universal information handling plus checks for presentations, documents, marketing assets, websites, applications and APIs. It does not publish confidential internal procedures and cannot replace final approval by the authorized Copa areas.
